Spicy Crab & Corn Stuffed Peppers: Mini peppers stuffed with our house made spicy crab and corn salsa
We specialize in classic American cuisine but we can make anything to fit the needs/wants of our brides.
What is your signature dish? Our signature dish is our famous mac & cheese and our house made honey pepper bacon.
What advice do you have for brides who are trying decide between a sit-down vs. buffet style meal? If the bride is looking for a more formal affair, a sit-down meal is the way to go. If she is wanting something casual, we recommend a buffet or station style meal.
Do you offer menu tastings? Yes! At Interurban we offer complimentary tastings.
Do you have a set menu or do you offer custom menus? We have a set menu with pricing we provide. If there is something specific the bride wants, we are happy to have our chef customize a menu for you.
What advice do you have to offer brides and grooms? Don’t wait until the last minute to book your caterer. We book a lot of couples a year out and these days, the calendar fills up fast. Make sure you have room in your budget for not just food but additional items. A lot of people set a catering budget and forget about additional costs such as linen, gratuity, tax, beverages, staffing etc. Lastly, ask questions! We have been doing this a long time and are happy to guide you along in the decision process so you don’t have to worry about anything but getting to the altar!
